Students on the Northern Beaches Return to School

Schools across Manly and the Northern Beaches are welcoming back their students as classes return to normal at NSW public schools.

Member for Manly James Griffin said parents and students are excited they would return to face to face learning in the classroom this week.

“We know that parents, teachers and students have gone above and beyond during this challenging time,” Mr Griffin said.


First Stage of Major Upgrade Completed at Curl Curl North Public School

Member for Manly James Griffin today announced the completion of stage 1 of works on the multi-million-dollar upgrade of Curl Curl North Public School.  

The project when fully complete will deliver an upgraded primary school, with 40 new permanent air conditioned classrooms along with a new hall, library, administration building and upgrades to the external play and sporting areas.  


Grassroots Sport Organisations Share in $4.6 Million Boost

Sports organisations in Manly and the Northern Beaches have shared in $4.6 million of grants to purchase equipment, improve facilities and increase participation opportunities.

Member for Manly James Griffin said the grants would assist local sporting organisations as COVID-19 restrictions slowly ease.
