Domestic Violence Support During COVID-19 Crisis

People experiencing domestic violence can be assured police and frontline services are ready to support them and their families as NSW continues to respond to the coronavirus threat.

Member for Manly James Griffin said the Northern Beaches community should not hesitate to seek help and support at this time.

“If you are in danger or in an emergency call Triple Zero (000),” Mr Griffin said.


New Rules Allow Supermarkets to Receive Deliveries 24/7

Supermarkets in Manly and the Northern Beaches are now able to receive deliveries 24 hours a day to restock their shelves under new rules introduced by the NSW Government.

Member for Manly James Griffin said the Government had moved to override rules that restrict some stores from receiving important deliveries outside regular business hours.


Funding Announced: 2019 Community Building Partnership Program

The electorate of Manly has today secured almost $300,000 in funding for a total of 14 projects through the NSW Government’s 2019 Community Building Partnership Program.

Member for Manly James Griffin said the NSW Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including Seaforth Bowling, Balgowlah Boys High School and Lifeline Northern Beaches in Balgowlah.
