HAVE YOUR SAY ON LANDMARK CHILDCARE CHANGES

The NSW Government is calling on all families and the wider community to have their say on the historic commitment to provide families with high-quality, free early childhood education across the state.

The centerpiece of the NSW Government Early Years Commitment will see the introduction of a universal pre-Kindergarten year by 2030 and a $5 billion investment through the Childcare and Economic Opportunity Fund.

Member for Manly James Griffin said this is an important investment by the NSW Government in our youngest learners.


RECORD TOLL RELIEF COMING SOON FOR SYDNEY DRIVERS

The Perrottet Government is putting more cash back into the pockets of drivers than ever before with the first payments from its new toll relief scheme just around the corner.

Drivers will soon be able to apply for the new scheme, with payments expected to be made into drivers’ bank accounts from mid-January 2023, backdated to July 1, 2022.

Member for Manly James Griffin said the Toll Relief Scheme is another example of how the Perrottet Government is continuing to deliver a brighter future for families across NSW by addressing cost of living pressures.


DOZENS OF NEW BUSINESSES OFFER DISCOUNTS TO SENIORS

Seniors living in Manly now have access to even more businesses and service providers via the NSW Seniors Card.

Member for Manly James Griffin said more than 140 new businesses have joined the Seniors Card program, which will help ease cost of living pressures on seniors while providing a boost to many small businesses.
