Member for Manly James Griffin has invited the Northern Beaches community to have its say on the creation of a new health and wellness sanctuary at the former Manly Hospital site.
Mr Griffin said the NSW Government was calling for ideas to help inform a master plan for the future use of the 6.18ha site.
Dozens of Northern Beaches’ school students will get their hands dirty today as part of Australia’s largest community tree-planting event.
Member for Manly, James Griffin said a number of local schools were participating in Schools Tree Day to help improve their school grounds and the community’s green canopy.
Manly Courthouse is opening its doors on Thursday, 1 August to educate multicultural TAFE students about the criminal justice system, Member for Manly James Griffin announced today.
“The open day is a great opportunity for newly-arrived migrants and refugees to learn about legal services in NSW, and to understand how courts operate,” Mr Griffin said.
