Northern Beaches Residents Encouraged to Adopt a Pet

Member for Manly James Griffin is encouraging local residents considering welcoming a new furry family member into their home to adopt a cat or dog from a pound or local rehoming organisation.

Mr Griffin said local residents adopting from local pounds and rehoming organisations are not only providing a new forever home for a homeless cat or dog but they can also take advantage of discounted pet registration fees. 


Help for Households to Save Water

Northern Beaches residents will have more assistance to make their homes water efficient as part of a NSW Government package to support the community during on-going drought conditions.

Member for Manly James Griffin announced the $6 million-dollar boost will go towards Sydney Water’s ‘Waterfix’ program, which helps households save water by fixing leaks and installing water efficient devices.
